Life in the Desert's Pico de Gallo

Whether or not it’s Taco Tuesday, everyone needs a go-to Pico de Gallo recipe . This recipe is simple, full of flavor and is quick to make. What could be better than that?!?

At my house, we tend to add Pico de Gallo to just about any meal. We can add the fresh and favorable ingredients as a topping on a protein and what do you know, the meal tastes so much better. This seems to happen at breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Miller home.

Four ingredients is all you need to make this recipe. You can serve it immediately or make it ahead of time. If making it in advance, you may store it in your refrigerator up to 24 hours. I prefer to eat it as soon as it is made.
