Dog Haus - Signature Bites and a Good Time

A restaurant that is sure to exceed your expectations is Dog Haus. The delicious high quality food is bound to keep your taste buds happy.

This month I have the opportunity to highlight Dog Haus. A restaurant that serves high quality food with a great atmosphere! I recently visited the restaurant and enjoyed several items on their menu.

I think you’ll be surprised with the variety of food offered at this tasty spot. Did you know that Dog Haus has so much more than hotdogs on their menu? In addition to the dogs; chicken, sausages, burgers and vegetarian options are available for order. Of course, I can’t forget to mention that their milkshakes are the best I’ve ever had! The fries, tots and onion rings also go well with any meal!

You might be wondering, what sets this restaurant apart from others? Well, let me tell you, you won’t be disappointed with anything that you order. The restaurant only serves 100% all natural, vegetarian-fed, hormone and antibiotic-free meat. The dogs, sausages and burgers are all served on King’s Hawaiian rolls. I mean does it get better than that!?!

Dog Haus offers a Happy Hour, that’s one not to miss! A few of my favorite things on the Happy Hour menu are the fries and tots are only $1.25 and beers are discounted. I’m also a fan of the special burgers that are offered during this time slot and they’re only $3.99. There are even more specials served Monday - Friday from 4-7 PM. Run on over and take advantage of this fantastic deals!

Each Dog Haus location also serves craft beer for the region. My favorite beer currently on tap is the Barrio Blonde. It sure pairs well with everything on the menu.

A few of the menu items that blew me away were;

• BAD MUTHA CLUCKA

  If you love a tasty chicken sandwich, this is for you! The sandwich comes with the chicken grilled or fried. I highly suggest the beer bartered chicken that is made daily in-house. The sandwich is served with lettuce, pickles and miso ranch.

• BEYOND BRAT

  The Beyond Brat is a plant based option. It’s a beyond sausage® bratwurst with sauerkraut, caramelized onions and spicy brown mustard. This is a great option for those looking for a vegetarian option.

• THE MENSCH

  This burger is one you won’t forget! It has white american cheese, pickles, pastrami, haus slaw and their secret sauce that I love!

• HULI-HULI

  This is a chicken & pork sausage with bouillonnaise, sweet ginger glaze, pineapple, scallions, pickled jalapeños, and crispy onions. There is a ton of flavor in this meal!

In addition to a fabulous Happy Hour, Dog Haus also has a monthly featured item on the menu. These items come from The Chef Collaboration Series. $1 from the sales of each monthly special goes to the Dog Haus Foundation, No Kid Hungry, which goes to helping kids.

My family and I have been going to the Yuma Dog Haus since it opened in 2014 and know that each time we visit the restaurant, we will have a great meal.
